Buildings that weren't there yet.

Hillside coast, Lebanon · Villas

Confidence Real Estate

The client sent us his own drone shot of an empty coastal ridge. We rebuilt the exact flight path and placed the villa compound onto the real terraces — the owner walks his land, and the development rises around him.

Hboub, Lebanon · Residential

Hboub II

Stone, white render and timber, filmed from a dusk street approach into the lit interior and out to kids playing in the courtyard. Sold as somewhere people live, not a model.

Kfardebian, Lebanon · Mountain

Mzaar

A mountain development above the ski slopes — quarry ridge, blackened timber volumes cut into the rock, chairlift, and an infinity pool over the valley. Our longest film.

Annaya

Terraced stone houses set into an existing village, filmed from a high aerial down to a single modern stone house, then the whole hillside lit at night.

Batroun, Lebanon · Coastal

Batroun

Wide coastal film — the old town, the marina and the beach at sunset, cut to sell a place as much as a building. Shot horizontal for the deck.

Island resort

Turquoise reef to finished overwater villas, ending on the sales team walking investors around the physical model. The full arc of a fundraise in under a minute.

Shell to finish

A bare concrete frame on a rocky slope becomes a finished stone-and-timber villa wrapped in planting. The clearest demonstration of what a buyer is actually buying.

Ground up

Excavators at sunrise, a worker on an unfinished balcony, then the same building complete and lit at dusk. Construction compressed into thirty seconds.

Process

Empty plot to finished film.

  1. 01

    Send what you have

Renders, elevations, floor plans, drone footage — or just a photo of the land.

  2. 02

    Approve the frame plan

Every shot written down before anything is made: camera move, time of day, what's in frame, how long it holds.

  3. 03

    Lock the master frame

One approved hero image fixes the architecture and materials. Every other frame derives from it, so the building never changes shape mid-film.

  4. 04

    Cut and deliver

Motion, grade and sound — delivered vertical for social and wide for the pitch deck.

Beyond the walkthrough

Films that sell the idea, not the floor plan.

A walkthrough shows a buyer the building. These are for the moment before that — when they don't know your name yet.

01 The model on the floor
Concept film

The model on the floor

A boy builds the development out of bricks on his living-room floor, and it becomes the real thing — lit, planted, pool full. Made to be shared, not presented.

02 The call
Concept film

The call

A developer takes a call at his desk at midnight. What he is being sold is already on screen, and it does not exist yet. Built to open cold conversations.

03 Future you
Concept film

Future you

The owner walks his empty land holding the drawings, and the villa assembles around him as he walks. The whole company's pitch in thirty seconds.

Services

One pipeline. Whatever the project needs to sell.

Investor films

A walkthrough of the finished development you can put in front of a fund or a partner before permits are signed.

Pre-sale campaigns

Vertical cuts sized for Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, so units start moving before the site is fenced.

Construction timelines

Empty plot to topped-out building in one continuous move — the clearest way to show a buyer what they're buying into.

Interior reveals

No interior renders? We build them from your floor plans and material schedule, matched to the finishes you specified.

Site-true visualisation

Your development placed on your actual land, matched to your own drone footage — the neighbours, the road and the view stay real.

Brand films

Product and campaign work for teams who need cinematic footage without a shoot.

Formats

One film. Every screen it needs to be on.

The same shots, reframed and re-cut for where they'll actually be watched — not one master squeezed into a crop.

Questions

What developers ask us first.

What do you need from us to start?

Whatever exists. Renders and elevations are ideal, floor plans are enough for interiors, and drone footage lets us match the film to your real site. We've built full films from a single photo of the land.

Will it actually look like our building?

Yes — that's what the master frame is for. We generate one hero image, you approve the architecture and materials on it, and every other shot is derived from that same frame. Nothing drifts halfway through the film.

How long does it take?

Days rather than months. You'll get a firm delivery date together with the frame plan, before production starts.

Can you do interiors if we have no interior renders?

Yes. We build them from the floor plans and your material schedule, so the finishes match what you specified rather than a generic showroom.

Which formats do we get?

Vertical 9:16 for social, square 1:1 for feed, and wide 16:9 for the deck and the sales office — reframed properly, not cropped from one master.

Do you work outside Lebanon?

The whole process runs remotely, so location isn't a constraint. We've delivered for developers in Lebanon and in Texas.

What does it cost?

It depends on length and shot count, and we quote it with the frame plan so you see exactly what you're paying for. If you'd rather see it than read about it, send one render and we'll make a ten-second test film for free.

Tell us about the development.

Send the renders or the site footage and we'll come back with a frame plan and a price. Not sure yet? Ask for the free ten-second test film from one of your renders.
