Stone, white render and timber, filmed from a dusk street approach into the lit interior and out to kids playing in the courtyard. Sold as somewhere people live, not a model.
Mzaar
A mountain development above the ski slopes — quarry ridge, blackened timber volumes cut into the rock, chairlift, and an infinity pool over the valley. Our longest film.
Annaya
Terraced stone houses set into an existing village, filmed from a high aerial down to a single modern stone house, then the whole hillside lit at night.
Batroun
Wide coastal film — the old town, the marina and the beach at sunset, cut to sell a place as much as a building. Shot horizontal for the deck.
Island resort
Turquoise reef to finished overwater villas, ending on the sales team walking investors around the physical model. The full arc of a fundraise in under a minute.
Shell to finish
A bare concrete frame on a rocky slope becomes a finished stone-and-timber villa wrapped in planting. The clearest demonstration of what a buyer is actually buying.
Ground up
Excavators at sunrise, a worker on an unfinished balcony, then the same building complete and lit at dusk. Construction compressed into thirty seconds.

What developers ask us first.
What do you need from us to start?
Whatever exists. Renders and elevations are ideal, floor plans are enough for interiors, and drone footage lets us match the film to your real site. We've built full films from a single photo of the land.
Will it actually look like our building?
Yes — that's what the master frame is for. We generate one hero image, you approve the architecture and materials on it, and every other shot is derived from that same frame. Nothing drifts halfway through the film.
How long does it take?
Days rather than months. You'll get a firm delivery date together with the frame plan, before production starts.
Can you do interiors if we have no interior renders?
Yes. We build them from the floor plans and your material schedule, so the finishes match what you specified rather than a generic showroom.
Which formats do we get?
Vertical 9:16 for social, square 1:1 for feed, and wide 16:9 for the deck and the sales office — reframed properly, not cropped from one master.
Do you work outside Lebanon?
The whole process runs remotely, so location isn't a constraint. We've delivered for developers in Lebanon and in Texas.
What does it cost?
